Foreclosures on the Rise

Across the United States foreclosures are on the rise. However, the Washington market is only now beginning to feel it. Over the last few years Seattle was able to enjoy a very active sellers market and with easy access to credit it caused the demand for homes to go through the roof. Seattle however, has held up better than many U.S. markets, and they were fortunate enough not to see a huge spike in the price of homes.
