Monica Lorimes and her family moved to Collingwood two and a half years ago. Their home is in close proximity to the ski hill, Blue Mountain, just one of the many attractions in the Collingwood area. Real Estate broker Val Ivandi says that one of Collinwood's main strengths is its excellent location.
