Dr. Jim Love, Professor of the Faculty of Environmental Design, explains the multitude of innovations of this extremely environmentally friendly design. Innovations like a dual-purpose solar-electric generation system and radiant cooling panels enable the building to boast a 90 percent reduction in carbon emissions.
