Green Real Estate Pt. 3: Growing Green Demand

Paul Morassutti, executive VP of Altus Group, says that times are changing in real estate developing. Green buildings are now the rule, not the exception. Building green has a direct effect on property value, according to Rob Hannah, President and CEO for TSG Real Estate. Morassutti adds that building green has a similar effect on rent revenues, and lists even more advantages of going green.
