John Knott, Executive Vice President of CB Richard Ellis, states his opinion on the effect of the sub-prime crisis on the Las Vegas market. Knott says timing is an important factor in how much you’re going to pay for real estate. Knott also mentions where a lot of the Las Vegas investment money comes from. A lot of that money is going into The Strip, but property there doesn’t come cheap.
