Possible Turnaround for Windsor

New construction could mean a turnaround for Windsor Ontario. The prices of home have dropped and the number of people buying homes has also been on a down slide, but a new waterfront and marina could change all that. If all goes well it could improve Windsor’s real estate market and give its waterfront a face lift.
